Every time a client moves through a deep, unresolved emotion, a corresponding frequency comes alive within their field. These frequencies are not isolated; they resonate. If you have encountered that same frequency within your own experience, it can begin to stir within you as well. It becomes activated, rising into awareness, present not only in the client’s field but in your own, which is how energetic transference and countertransference work.
In this way, Biofield Tuning becomes a shared space of listening, where what is unprocessed begins to reveal itself through resonance.
The work itself can feel a little like energetic surgery, not in a forceful sense, but as a gentle exploration beneath the surface. It is a way of “looking under the hood,” exploring the patterns of stored, charged frequencies that the body may not have metabolised. Through this process, the system is given the opportunity to soften, to reorganise, and to digest what it is ready to release. This process takes place at its own pace, guided by its own innate intelligence.
Within the body, light is constantly in motion. The biophotons encoded within our DNA ripple outward, subtly shaping the field around us. In this way, our inner world (memories, patterns, and subconscious imprints) is continuously expressed through the energetic landscape we carry.
Your biofield starts to tell a story through its frequencies, textures, and rhythms. It becomes like a map, gently revealing where energy has become held, where it flows freely, and where it is asking for attention. My role is not to change it, but to witness it, translate it, and reflect it so that it can be seen more clearly and integrated more fully. Additionally, you will receive a copy of your energy map after the session, which serves as a great tool to bring to supervision.
Over time, as you begin to attune more deeply to your own unique harmonic vibration, a shift often occurs. When your biofield is coherent and stable, reactivity significantly decreases, and less charge rises to the surface. Resulting in less entanglement with old patterns and becoming more anchored in presence.
