If you suddenly find yourself feeling things that are out of character for you, try to be gentle with yourself and give yourself space for whatever shows up. We are going through a massive transition.
Wounds of our ancestral past are coming up for healing and it takes much rest and grounding to move through it. Be the observer, taking notice of how you feel in your body and giving it the nourishment it needs. Much love to everyone!
One Heart – A Call To Kindness
Day 4 of 12: Biofield Tuning the Collective Field
Tuning the collective energy was quite heavy this morning. In fact, I am finding it a little hard to write about. Sometimes, there isn’t verbiage to match what’s happening energetically, but I’ll do my best.
Somberness and grief were very prevalent in the collective field. The overall theme that came through was: working through the obstacles in our way of letting go of the past. I felt the information stored in our DNA very active, or charged, in the field. The ancestral energy was very strong.
Some say history repeats itself every 100 years. Whether that is true or not, the cellular memory of The Great Depression will be running subconsciously for many of us. This is why it’s so important to heal ancestral wounds. It allows us to let go of the past, so we can be fully present in the now moment. The fear of starvation and scarcity is evident in every aisle of the grocery store. This fear is old programming coming to surface. A survival program that we as humans have operated from for many generations.
There are those of us who have taken the time and energy to re-write this program within ourselves. We are operating under the personal choice to embody peace no matter the circumstances and be in service to others. And there are those of us who are starting to see that this program no longer works in the world that we live in. We are ready to let the fears go…but it’s not an easy process. A period of grief comes up when we let things go, even when we know they don’t serve us, and we must move through the grief to get to the other side.
Grief is a great teacher for us all. It reflects back to us the areas in our life where we are not yet free. If we are willing to feel the grief and transmute it, we keep moving forward on our path to freedom. But if the grief is hidden, too uncomfortable, or too much to bear, it becomes an obstacle in our way of finding, feeling and embodying inner peace.
If you are feeling somber at this time, I invite you to take a look at what attachments are coming up for you. What in your life are you afraid to let go of? Are you willing to move through the grief of letting go, to make room for the inner knowing that everything is going to be okay?
As we start letting go of old inherited programs and we choose to embody new truths that are more attuned to the frequency of love, we begin the process of re-writing our DNA and shifting our fear response. With each new truth we embody, grief gets easier to process. We then start to move gracefully and fully present as we move through the ebb and flow of life…and our external world begins to reflect the calm, peace and contentment that we hold within.
