Day 7 of 12: Biofield Tuning the Collective Field

What came up in the collective tuning yesterday was a theme that has seemingly been building all week. It’s really a call to heal the generational patterns that serve the mind (ego) over the heart. Anxiety and depression have never been more prevalent in our society. Adrenal fatigue has almost become a standard for the average working American. Despite the healthcare advances we keep making, heart disease is still the number one cause of fatalities around the world. Our hearts and our bodies are dis-eased because they are not healed.

…but maybe this is our moment. Maybe now is the time to heal the wounds of the past and let them go. Maybe now is the time to stop the generational loop we have been in for too long. Maybe now is the time to actually ‘think’ with our hearts.

One Heart – A Call To Kindness

Day 7 of 12: Biofield Tuning the Collective Field

Every day this week, when tuning the collective energy field, the right side of the third eye chakra has been shown to be out of balance. This is where our relationship to the past is held. Even though I have brought it back into balance each day, it keeps showing up again, so I am going to directly address this.

The past is always going to affect the present moment, until we heal it. The easiest way to start the healing process is to first take inventory. The root chakra also came up today, so I’ll use that as an example. One of the energies found in the root chakra is the energy of unmet needs. So if you look back upon your life, if you take inventory of what it was like when you were growing up, ask yourself what areas in your life where your needs not being met?

Maybe you were a latchkey kid and you came home every day to an empty house with a list of chores. Maybe you or someone else in your family dealt with mental illness and weren’t able to get the help or guidance needed. Maybe you were very creative and brilliant, but the school you went to didn’t meet your needs because you were forced to conform to a curriculum that simply didn’t suit your skillset.

Whatever your story is, take inventory of it. Write down all the ways that your needs weren’t met. Every time you write something down, observe how it made you feel in that moment and how it makes you feel now. Do you feel angry, resentful, sad, powerless, unseen? Give yourself space to feel what comes up. Ask yourself if you want to hold on to this energy of the past, or do you want to let go of it? There are several tools you can use to let go of the stories and the emotions that come up with them. I like to write everything down and then burn it, bury it, or toss it off a pier into the ocean. There is something very healing about allowing the elements to take it away.

The truth is that we grew up under a system that was failing. Most parents didn’t have the resources they needed. Most schools were/are structured based off of performance, rather than enrichment. Many of us have been raised to conform. Many of us work so hard, the only way to get through the day is to switch into auto-pilot mode.

But auto-pilot mode isn’t going to get us through this crisis. Staying home is giving us the opportunity to evaluate how we want the future to look. We have the opportunity to change the generational patterns in which we grew up on. We have the opportunity to think outside of the box and come up with new solutions. We can make different choices. Choices that make the old system IRRELEVANT. What those choices will look like is going to vary for each individual, but I feel the most important choice we can make at this time is to choose to heal our past and explore what it is like to live a more of a heart-centered life each day.
