When we go through times of trauma, often the energetic charge around previous traumatic experiences become recharged. This goes for every kind of trauma on a large spectrum, from a simple fight/flight/freeze response to a near death experience. Which is why it is so important to heal all past traumas and physically shift the energetic imprint out of the biofield.
Even if you have spent years making peace with a traumatic event(s) in your life, often times the physical imprint will remain in your field until it is moved and/or integrated. In Biofield Tuning, the tuning forks act as a magnet to locate and neutralize any disturbances in the field and the process that we are trained on allows the trauma to be integrated.
In today’s collective tuning, the vibrational input that came through during the session felt very much like past traumas that have been recharged. It felt kind of like cleaning up a mine field.
In my previous posts, I’ve provided examples of how to process feelings and emotions that are being triggered by our current crisis. But when it comes to trauma, there isn’t much general advise I can give. I can only say that I am here to assist/guide anyone that feels they might need help during this time. This is something that needs to be dealt with one on one, as every experience is different. So, if you are feeling traumatized by current events and you resonate with the idea that it may be bringing old traumas to the surface, please feel free to reach out.
One Heart – A Call To Kindness
Day 9 of 12: Biofield Tuning the Collective Field
Tuning the collective energy field today was the most intense session yet. For the very first time ever in a session, I had to pause and give myself a break -and- for the first time ever, I reached out to a friend who is a healer to ask them to hold space for me while I completed the work.
When I started the opening sequence there was a screeching tone coming from the sun star chakra that I couldn’t quite calm down, so I decided to check back after the tuning was complete. Not only were almost all of the chakras out of balance, there was a feeling of fragmented energy all over the field. I then improvised and mixed two advanced techniques so that I could efficiently work on each chakra.
Shamans teach that when a person experiences trauma that they cannot fully process and stay present with, a part of their soul gets split off. This is often referred to as soul fragments. Many healers believe that collecting these soul fragments and returning them to wholeness is a main part of the healing journey. This is referred to as soul retrieval. Soul retrieval doesn’t mean to relive the trauma, it simply means to bring the energetic imprint back to the person to be processed.
I won’t go into all the technical details of the remaining work completed. I’ll just say that I was able to work through each chakra and end the session with the sense that many of the fragments were restored and the sun star chakra ended with a beautiful and clear tone.
