If you are anything like me, you are probably wondering what actually happens when you have your energy field ‘tuned’ up. After several Biofield Tuning sessions last year, I could feel the difference after a tuning, but my logical mind wanted to SEE the difference. So, I arranged a Bio-well scan before and after a Biofield Tuning session.
During the Biofield Tuning session, it came up that I needed some work on the right side of my heart chakra (where we carry the energy of sadness, grief and depression) and my right throat chakra (where we carry the energy of wanting to speak, but not being able to).
We worked through multiple points in my field, where I held an energetic charge from previous experiences, and then I did another Bio-Well scan. As you can see in the images below, my chakra alignment increased from 75% to 89%.
Interestingly, the only chakra that stayed out of alignment was my solar plexus chakra. When I had my next Biofield Tuning session, this chakra came up to be tuned without the practitioner having seen these previous results.
The Bio-Well also measured my Emotional Pressure before and after the tuning. Before the tuning, I was at 3.10, which is in the range of experiencing anxiety. After the tuning, I was at 2.2, which brought it down to an optimal range.
The truth is that our physical health starts in our biofield. If we aren’t doing regular maintenance for our energy fields, in the same way that we maintain our health through eating right, exercise and mindfulness practices, we are missing a piece of the puzzle. But when we work with ALL of the pieces, we can optimize our health in ways we never thought imaginable, and everything in our inner and outer worlds shift into alignment.
