Goodbye to the old paradigm ways that I grew up around.
Goodbye to repressing emotions until they blow. Goodbye to projecting unresolved trauma onto others. Goodbye to being run by the momentum of the subconscious mind.
Goodbye to trying to control other peoples behavior by projecting disappointment. Goodbye to expecting people to fit into a mold that isn’t made for them.
Goodbye to the insecurity, the fear, the competition, the jealousy. Goodbye to the judgement, the self righteousness. Goodbye to the many generations of ignorance.
Goodbye to the deflection, the bypassing, the gaslighting. Goodbye to the avoidance of facing one’s own shadows. Goodbye to the relentless need to be validated.
Goodbye to the perpetual need for security. Goodbye to the lack of wisdom that comes with the suppression of curiosity, acceptance and understanding.
Goodbye to the head fuckery of tolerance and compromise toward letting pain in and the mountainous walls of protection toward keeping abiding love out.
Goodbye to egoic love, conditional love, and all illusions around love. Goodbye to the resentment when not feeling loved. Goodbye to seeking love everywhere but within.

Thank you for all the lessons. Thank you for showing me all that I am not, so that I can become all that I am. Without you, I could not have experienced…
